As the visionary of the company, Angelica's feminine approach and love for design have been the guiding force in blooming her business into what it is today. Throughout the years she has been dedicated to hand-curating a stunning collection of rental pieces that truly speaks for itself.
With a keen eye on style and trends, Angelica appreciates good design and a clean aesthetic. When she isn’t pouring her heart into the business, Angelica can be found traveling the globe absorbing every ounce of inspiration from fashion to architecture, textiles, and décor; which she then infuses back into her work, creating the most beautiful events inspired by the moments found in her every day.
PATRYK SZEWCZYK | TECHNICAL DIRECTOR + founder
As the driving force behind the company's technical operations, Patryk is deeply involved in both the strategic direction and day-to-day workings of our business, ensuring our fleet and warehouse is running seamlessly.
As the Technical Director, Patryk leads all aspects of our product development processes. With a keen eye for detail and an understanding of both design and functionality, he oversees the technical side of our products. Whether it's exploring new materials and technologies, or keeping our ever growing warehouse in tip top shape, he ensures that our team is delivering, high-quality products that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.
ERICA FABIANO | Senior EVENt Manager
From planning elaborate tea parties as a child to managing dream events today, Erica has always had a natural flair for creating memorable celebrations. A graduate of Niagara College’s Marketing and Event Management programs, she joined Simply Beautiful Décor in 2019 and has since become a pivotal part of the team’s success.
With an eye for design and a dedication to helping clients bring their visions to life, Erica is a trusted presence in the showroom. She meets with many of our clients, ensuring each experience is tailored to their needs, while also playing a key role in product and website design. From curating editorial-worthy aesthetics to creating the perfect playlist for the team, Erica’s vibrant energy and creativity always shines through!
Josie PagnuccO | Senior Account Executive
With a diverse background in the events industry, Josie’s journey began as a venue coordinator where she learned the intricacies of event execution and the importance of every detail. Now as a Senior Account Executive her passion lies in operations, where she manages everything from logistics planning and scheduling, order management, and customer service. Josie takes pride in managing orders with precision and care and enjoys building long-lasting relationships with clients and vendors alike.
Analytical by nature, Josie loves a good spreadsheet! She uses her love of spreadsheets to analyze data, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency; always looking for ways to improve and innovate. Her goal is to assist in creating memorable events while ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed and executed.
Steven Vallejo | logistic operations manager
As Logistics Operations Manager, Steven plays a crucial role in overseeing the smooth and efficient movement of products from our warehouse directly to clients. Managing our logistics department and supervising all aspects of equipment operation, he ensures that all our delivery processes are running smoothly. Steven coordinates the timely and safe delivery of heavy and oversized items, working closely with our delivery team to meet strict schedules and exceed client expectations.
In addition to managing deliveries, Steven is responsible for organizing and maintaining our rapidly expanding warehouse, ensuring that inventory is stored efficiently and easily accessible. With Steven’s leadership, he ensures that our logistics operations remains a well-oiled machine!
marena Castillo barros | order fulfillment manager
Marena is responsible for organizing all orders week to week with precision and efficiency, ensuring that every order is processed seamlessly. She works tirelessly to prepare each item with the highest standards of care, packing and checking every detail to ensure accuracy and quality. Her commitment to excellence assures that our clients receive their rentals in perfect condition, and exactly as expected.
In addition to overseeing the entire order fulfillment process, Marena collaborates closely with our sales team to monitor order statuses and resolve any issues quickly. Her focus on accuracy, and customer satisfaction guarantees a smooth and stress-free experience for all clients.
